The program structure ensures that every budding manager and technocrat at Axis develops a judicious blend of strategic thinking, tactical implementation, and specialized knowledge. The institute also provides training to acquaint the students with practical exposure and allow them to relate the conceptual and analytical skills acquired in the classroom to actual practice. The objective of such training programs is to facilitate in-depth exposure for the students regarding the emerging needs of the industry in the various functional domains. It provides opportunities for hands-on learning through industry-driven projects in finance, marketing, retail, operations, human resources, IT, and other business domains.
In AIHE, a large variety of learning tools are used for the acquisition of knowledge and skills. Role-playing, case studies, project work, field experience assignments, quizzes, seminars, industry visits, etc. are some of the methods used.
