1. Enhance Academic Quality
  • Ensure continuous improvement in the academic performance of students by monitoring teaching-learning processes and encouraging innovative pedagogical approaches.
  • Promote Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and foster a learner-centric environment.
2. Strengthen Research and Development
  • Promote research culture among faculty and students by facilitating research projects, collaborations, and publications in reputed journals.
  • Establish policies to support research initiatives, including financial assistance, intellectual property rights, and the formation of research committees.
3. Continuous Curriculum Improvement
  • Regularly review and revise curriculum in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends, National Education Policy (NEP) guidelines, and global educational standards.
  • Introduce value-added courses and skill development programs to enhance employability and entrepreneurial skills.
4. Foster Industry Collaboration
  • Strengthen industry-institute linkages by facilitating Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with corporate partners, research organizations, and professional bodies to provide exposure and placement opportunities to students.
